The Hotel is clean, the service is not good. The hotel caters more for the Germans. The hotel staff speak German and very little English. The reception staff are rude. The food was not bad, a bit hit and miss, the rooms are nice. Will not be staying here again, we were the only English in the hotel and felt very out of place.

To be honest the rooms are more like 5 star. But the rest of the hotel was more 4 star. The staff were amazing and very helpful. But the hotel itself is definitely shabby around the edges. Food more 3 star + entertainment poor. Two nights a dance group came in and to be fair they were good. Aircon around the hotel reception and restaurant very poor. In the rooms aircon was good. Beach area of the hotel look sad and run down compared to other parts of the beach. I would not return to this hotel again.

The Alexia resort hotel was okay but nothing more. The reception staff wasn't very friendly, they did not speak English, just some bare minimum. The guy who worked in the spa was a bit pushy which I didn't like, my friend did a treatment with massage and stuff but it wasn't great. The night staff, restaurant staff and the cleaning staff on the other hand were very helpfull and friendly. The hotel was very German oriented, so for German people it's nice. The rooms are pretty, the beds are really good. The food was also okay but not exceptional. The cocktails where awfull, never drank such a nasty aperol. The Iocation is good, it's near the beach and not far from the old town so that is great. I did a lot of hotels in Side and I have to say there are better hotels then this one.

As soon as we arrived they asked us for 25€ if we wanted to get our rooms immediately, otherwise we had to wait 2 hours for it. Twice the cleaning people enter in our room to ask if we needed something when we were INSIDE the room (it is visible from outside when someone is in the room), this is unacceptable. Get ready to be awaken by the minibar guy at 9am every single day, knocking at every single door. Cocktails are disgusting, from 10 different I tried 8 were undrinkable and only 2 were drinkable, we stick to those for a week (tequila sunrise and caipirinha). The shisha guy is great, probably the best in all the hotel. The music is every day the same, in a loop. By the fourth day you cannot listen to it anymore. In the restaurant get ready to be served properly only if you tip the waitresses, otherwise you can wait for a glass of water until you finish the meal

The hotel is perfect for relax. All staff is very nice, food very good, events really cool. I loved the pool, the room, everything. I loved also that it was adults only.

We have just concluded our first holiday to Antalya. We stayed at Alexia Resort and Spa and we're most impressed with their all round quality: service, food, rooms/hygiene and hospitality. Friendly staff. All inclusive was amazing with so much variety in food throughout the week and endless supply of drinks. Lots of day time and evening entertainment, organised around themed food days. High quality food. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Great rooms, view and food, the service was not good at all. The receptionist (gray hair, always blue shirt and long name) asked us to give him a 25 euro tip to give us nice room. The minibar refilling man was coming around 8:30 each day, entering room even when we had it locked from inside which is unacceptable. The stuff speaks only german and turkish so we did not feel welcome. For a 5* hotel I would expect airco in the elevators and restaurant (was off all the time or broken). The bar did not have ice for coctails since 22 o clock which is a pity especially in hot summer. For us the stay in Alexia did not meet expectations.

Beautiful hotel very clean. Food was lovely. Very german oriented entertainment manger went out of his way danced spoke to them. Never said hello walked past us ignored us. All other staff really friendly always spoke to you asked if everything was ok. Room cleaned every day maids tied room.
